This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, research services, courses, webinars and other paid offerings of Nimble Pesos LLP (“Nimble Pesos”, “we”, “us”), including those offered under the Agile Money brand. Please read it before making a payment.
Our services give you immediate access to research, educational content and community resources. For this reason, all fees paid are non-refundable once access has been provided, whether or not you use the service for the full period.
If you are charged twice for the same service, or an amount is debited because of a technical or payment-gateway error, please email us as soon as possible with your transaction reference and proof of payment. After we verify the payment, we will refund the excess or incorrect amount to the original payment method within a reasonable time. The time taken for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
In rare situations we may, at our sole discretion, consider a full or partial refund. Any such decision is made case by case and does not create a right to a refund in other cases.
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Refunds are not given because of trading or investment losses, or because research views or market outcomes did not meet your expectations.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time of your payment.
